It’s going to be a busy weekend here at The Adventure Begins, and I sincerely hope you’ll be part of it with us!! 

Saturday, June 25th, is “FREE RPG DAY!” We’ll have a whole bunch of free goodies for you to pick up, from dice to modules to whole new systems!! If you’re a veteran table-top gamer or if you’re new and just interested in seeing what the hype is all about, it’s an event you won’t want to miss.  

In addition to the free goodies, we’ll also be hosting three RPG sessions of Animal Adventures for Copper’s Cat Commune. Animal Adventures lets you go on your D&D adventures as a cat or dog with human-level intelligence, and Copper’s Cat Commune will have cuddly cat ambassadors for you to meet as you play.  All the proceeds will benefit the special needs cats for Copper’s Cat Commune, a non-profit, too. The Warhammer 40k Narrative Event is happening Saturday June 25th, too! It’s a three-round tournament, based on a narrative story, with two five-player teams. You don’t need faction-specific armies, either. Sign up for $35 and work together to win store credit for your team, and every participant will get a pizza lunch. Yum!!

If you’re looking for something for your little ones to do next week, you won’t want to forget about our five days of summer day camps next week! These camps run from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm and are for ages 7 to 12. You can sign up for a single day, multiple days, or the whole week. It’s $55 a day, and you need to sign up before-hand, in-store. Spots are limited. Don’t forget to pack a lunch, too! The themed activities for each day include a game, craft, and a comic reading. The themes are…

Oh- and, Star Wars fans, did you see the news? The Star Wars camp’s Trivia contest is going to have a very special mystery guest host. This is the camp you’re looking for!
