Prismatic Evolutions Product Limits & Policies

Hello Pokémon Trainers, Professors, and everything in between! With the hotly anticipated Prismatic Evolutions product line releasing this weekend, we want to lay out our purchasing policies here:

1)  We are no longer taking reservations for Prismatic Evolutions. 

2) All Prismatic Evolutions products are limited to one (1) item or SKU per Loyalty Account per day. 

2a) For example, this means you may purchase either one (1) ETB (Elite Trainer Box) or one (1) Poster Collection. You may not purchase an ETB and Poster Collection in one day. If you’d like both, you’ll have to come back on a different day. 

2b) Further limits can be read below. 

One (1) ETB (Elite Trainer Box) per Customer Loyalty Account for the first four (4) weeks of release (until Feb. 14, 2025, for wave 1).

One (1) Tech Sticker Collection per Customer Loyalty Account for the first four (4) weeks of release (until Feb. 14, 2025, for wave 1).

One (1) Binder Collection per Customer Loyalty Account for the first four (4) weeks of release (until Feb. 14, 2025, for wave 1).

One Poster Collection per Customer Loyalty Account for the first four (4) weeks of release (until Feb. 14, 2025, for wave 1). 

3) Further limitations, such as Household limitations or overall purchase limitations, have and can be applied to customers based on behavior and purchase history.

4) If you are found to have violated any of the above policies including, but not limited to: purchasing multiples of restricted items or attempting to work around household or other limitations. You risk further limitations on your account up to a store ban from any future and current Prismatic Evolution products and releases.

5) Employees of The Adventure Begins maintain the ability to work around the rules laid out above, utilizing their best judgment. If the trust that judgment is based on is violated by a customer, consequences will follow.
