Singles & Slabs Purchasing Policy Updates

We’ve received a large influx of people requesting an appointment to review their collections, and we believe it’s best to be transparent and share our appointment policies with everyone.

General Policies

  • We do not review entire collections or purchase in bulk.
    • We are typically only interested in high-dollar or liquid singles, either raw or graded.
  • We cannot provide estimates for insurance purposes.
  • To sell cards, you must have a valid loyalty account or set one up on the day of your appointment.
  • To request an appointment, please send us an email to [email protected] or [email protected] with a list of your cards, including the card name, print year, set name, ID number, and pictures, if possible.
    • Once our team has had a chance to review your email, we will reach out via email to set up an appointment if we are interested in purchasing any of the cards you sent over.
    • If we are not interested, we will send you an email stating so.
    • We may take 2-5 business days to reply to your email, but please know that we are working on it.
  • Walk-ins may be turned away and told to send an email.
  • If these guidelines are not followed, we cannot guarantee we will accept your appointment request.

TCG Specific Policies

  • Our rates for TCG singles and slabs are up to 60% of the market for in-store credit and up to 50% of the market for cash.
  • Raw TCG single purchases will only be handled by Upper Management or Team TCG at the Upstairs Tournament Register.
  • Graded TCG Cards may be submitted in the same manner as other TCG singles. Please note that we are more selective in our purchase of graded TCG cards than we are in our purchase of graded Sports and Entertainment Cards.
  • The Stadium will not offer in-person collection evaluation for any TCG cards. Guests may be directed to the weekly meetups where our appropriate Team TCG Game Coordinators can provide an accurate assessment based on their trusted knowledge of the games they oversee.

Sports and Entertainment Specific Policies

  • Our rates for Sports and Entertainment singles and slabs are up to 70% of the market value for in-store credit and up to 50% of the market value for cash.
  • We are typically only interested in high-value, numbered, autograph or relic cards, key rookies, Hall of Famers, and graded cards.
  • Typically, we do not buy cards from the junk wax era, defined as cards printed between the early 1980s and the late 1990s.
    • Due to overprinting and other factors, such as condition, cards from this era are often not valuable enough for our singles purchasing purposes.

We aim to provide our guests with the highest quality experience possible, and the policies outlined above will help us achieve this goal.

Thank you for your understanding!

Malicious or repeated attempts to circumvent our policies may result in consequences up to and including a storewide ban.
