Updates to Our Pokémon Policies for 2025

Hello Pokémon Trainers, Professors, and everyone in between!

As we gear up for a year filled with highly anticipated releases, we're updating our product reservation policies to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all collectors.

Important Update: All upcoming product reservations will now be handled in-store by The Adventure Begins’ Pokémon TCG Coordinator on Saturdays during the Weekly Pokémon Meetup.

Why the Change? These updates aim to allow more collectors to get their hands on our products by:

• Streamlining reservations to reduce confusion.
• Allowing for better product availability for everyone.

Policies to Note:

• All other current policies remain valid and will be enforced for the benefit of our community.
• A Loyalty account is still required.
• Additional limitations, such as household restrictions or overall purchase limits, may be applied based on customer behavior and purchase history.

Policy Violations: If you are found to have violated any of the policies, including but not limited to purchasing multiples of restricted items or attempting to circumvent household or other limitations, you risk further restrictions on your account, up to and including a store ban from any current and future Prismatic Evolution products and releases.

Employee Discretion: Employees of The Adventure Begins have the ability to exercise discretion within these rules, using their best judgment. Violations of this trust by customers will lead to appropriate consequences.
